How long does it take to program a move?
cineMonster_eye
Generally speaking, programming is a fairly speedy process of setting a begining, an ending and any needed mid-point keyframes. Shots can also be extremely complex and require a pre-programming day to work out the fine details. Frequently the motion control system is a time saver in being able to place and move the camera with exceptional freedom as oppossed to tripods, dollies and cranes. Shots can easily be modified or adjusted without serious equipment moves and focus is always spot on each and every take.
